Our client, an entertainment company, is seeking a Product Manager to join the team.
You will report to the Director of Product Management.
Help execute on strategic direction for new products and feature enhancements across the sites and apps within CXP’s Entertainment portfolio
Aligning strategy with high-level business goals, especially optimizing conversion funnels to direct-to-consumer offerings
Collaborate with stakeholders and studio partners to define high-level business requirements and provide direction and leadership to colleagues in engineering, production and design
Track and report on key KPIs, continuously driving the team to deliver on business imperatives using data-driven decisions and iterating on products through testing. This role will demand flexibility and responsiveness to changing strategies and business needs, driven by industry changes outside of, and within company
Partner with various team leads across department including engineering, PMO, design/ux, content, and operations to ensure our products are operationally scalable
Develop tactical product plans, from concept through launch, to deliver against business KPIs across multiple product focus areas
Collaborate with internal technology, design/UX, operations and production teams to define, design and deliver user-friendly, accessible and privacy-compliant products to our guests
Update, disseminate and provide on-going awareness of product roadmaps, especially through presentation decks and status reports
Actively engage with content producers to ensure the product team has provided clear documentation and training to operationalize new features
Experiment, iterate and innovate- leveraging A/B testing, user testing, and beta/pilot launches to make data-driven decisions
Experience in product management of mobile/web applications, ecommerce experiences, digital activities or games
Familiar with digital media content and asset management systems
Ability to access and interpret BI and other data to drive decisions. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics Suite and other BI reporting tools
Expertise in JIRA and other product management tools such as Confluence to keep up-to-date accounts of work and decisions made
Experience collaborating with engineers on technical requirements and product design in web development
Outstanding creativity, curiosity, and drive; a self-starter
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Outstanding visual presentation skills and ability to articulate business value and impact to executive leadership
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, driving clarity and focus, setting priorities, and converting ideas into action
Excellent communicator who can tailor messages for various stakeholders to gain buy-in and drive important initiatives
skilled at written and verbal communication and who is comfortable presenting decks and demos to colleagues and executives across, and occasionally outside to department
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, strategic, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high-quality, simple products and applications that users love
