Onward Search is on the hunt for a Project Coordinator to join our consumer products client for a full-time position.

You'll report to the Executive Vice President and be responsible for managing and monitoring all projects through their life cycles, communicate project expectations, work cross-departmentally reporting project progress via weekly/monthly planning meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting deadlines and delivery schedules, ensuring deadlines are being met and deliverables satisfy project expectations
  • Must also be able to foresee potential product scheduling and delivery conflicts, proactively proposing project solutions

We're seeking Project Coordinators who meet the following requirements:

  • BA or BS degree
  • 3+ years relevant project coordination experience
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
  • Proficient in MS office suite
  • Experience with Laserfische or other digital imaging software preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred (Infor)
