Onward Search is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our growing online marketing client, for a full-time opportunity that starts within three weeks.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for making the products sell. You will play an integral role in organizing product launches and training sales on how to sell them.


  • Collaborating with product management/content marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas.
  • Understanding and documenting the target buyer’s process, including where they get information (the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make).
  • Developing a plan for the products you support.
  • Planning key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
  • Planning the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products.
  • Understanding and supporting sales channels (developing internal tools and external collateral and teaching them how and when to use it).



  • 5+ years of product marketing experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, Omniture, and Google Analytics).
  • Experience with productivity applications (Microsoft Office, AirTable, Wrike, Asana, Project, Trello or other organization tools).
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Social Media experience (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram).
