Onward Search is seeking a PRODUCTION ARTIST for one of our financial clients in downtown LA. Candidates with Excel in addition to Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop will do well here. Projects are very data driven so excellent attention to detail and experience with charts/graphs and numbers important.

SKILLS:

  • Experience with Excel and updating charts/graphs using Excel, InDesign & Illustrator
  • Able to update content, pulling data from various sources and entering it into InDesign
  • Flexible attitude as role can include: printing, shipping, filing, scanning, archiving electronic files, creating PDFs, compiling PDFs, proofing books that are compiled in PDFs
  • Heavy use of PowerPoint - expert level required
  • Prepare and send files to other teams and to outside vendors
  • Responsible for stock photo searches when needed
  • Work well in a corporate environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
  • Must have samples of charts and graphs
  • Financial experience preferred
  • Team oriented
  • Able to update layouts, format content & design for presentation materials as well as collateral
  • Update charts, graphs, templates
  • Requires a positive, flexible attitude
  • 3-5 years in a corporate environment
