Onward Search is on the hunt for a Production Artist with a sharp design eye to join our beauty client for a contract-to-hire position that starts ASAP.

You'll report to the Production Manager on our client's team, and be responsible for the design and production of ads, band wraps, brochures, large format banners/ posters, merchandising collateral support, one-sheets, ppts, etc.


  • Develop, manage, and produce materials that support the marketing goals of the team.
  • Build and release digital files for both print and digital campaigns.
  • Produce multiple versions of layouts and maintain a history of all revisions.
  • Create spec sheets for purchasing.
  • Prioritize and manage workload to ensure deadlines are met.
  • 3-5 years' experience in print and digital production.
  • Prefer candidates who have worked on or for lifestyle, fashion, and/ or beauty brands.
  • Must have strong layout skills and a design eye.
  • Must be able to work with style guides.
  • Must have expert knowledge of print production, pre-press.
  • Must be an expert in InDesign and have strong brochure layout skills.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
