Our client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking a Designer/Production Artist to join the Broadcast Design team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate strategic design solutions specifically in regards to all broadcast entertainment properties doing 70% production and 30% design
  • Projects including digital banners, logos, and social content.
  • Maintain familiarity with current culture and design trends, social platforms and the relevance of fast and slow trends
  • Respond to business demands in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to take on responsibilities outside of job description
  • Presents a positive and professional attitude to stakeholders and co-workers being a great communicator
  • Maintain an efficient workflow and process and promptly communicates any issues regarding design and production to management.
  • Manages assets and archives projects accordingly and understands delivery.

Musts:

  • 5-7 years in design and production in digital, print, social with a strong sense of design and typography
  • Strong proficiency using Adobe CC, PowerPoint. Keynote and AfterEffects experience a plus.
  • Ability to manage projects from concept through execution.
  • Passionate about original acquired and library content and global branding initiatives.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms.
  • Solid understanding of traditional design principals.
  • Outstanding Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills.
  • Excellent compositing skills, illustration, typography, color correction, retouching required.
  • Experience building mechanicals for print and OOH a plus.
  • Understanding of new technologies and ways to harness them for our work.
  • Must be able to work as a team member, but also be a resourceful self-starter
