Production Artist/Photo Retoucher

Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Production Artist/Photo Retoucher to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Digitally produce complex apparel from high- and medium-quality photos using proprietary in-house tools (Prometheus/Web tool) that enable high quality digital try-ons
• Collaborate with the team to ensure produced clothing is high quality and up to standard for our partnerships and users
• Digitally ‘produce’ apparel via photo retouching software
• Add appropriate metadata to categorize and describe items
• Communicate bugs to Computer vision and engineering teams of problems with tools and software
• Manage own workflow with guidance from supervisor
• Produce good quality content in an efficient manner
• Flexibility to new, often unstructured requests and testing new software from team

Musts:

• 1+ years of industry experience as a photo retoucher or related experience
• Photo retouching skills and knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Gimp
• Knows and understands the various styles of fashion and can categorize and label clothes in these styles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
• Strong prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience reading and writing technical documentation
• Intermediate English or higher
