Our client, an automotive consulting company, is seeking a Production Assistant to help with an ongoing project updating vehicle technology/controls quick guides. Remote position!

Skills:

  • Cross-referencing previous versions of technology guides with new ones, ensuring information is accurate and updated.
  • Ensuring the technology guides reflect the information found in the product information documents.
  • Utilizing Adobe Acrobat to markup necessary changes and re-route back to the designer.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a production assistant, or experience in another role (s) with similar skills.
  • Proficient using Adobe Acrobat to mark up PDF's.
  • Previous experience with proof-reading and fact-checking documents for accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skill and ability to work effectively offsite.
