Onward Search's client is looking to hire a Production Coordinator for a year-long project to start!

The Production Coordinator possesses organizational and print production/fulfillment knowledge, oral and written communication skills, problem-solving, client management, project management, negotiation, and influencing skills. Production Coordinator plays a significant role in meeting critical deadlines for the publication of the client's documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the proof cycles for shareholder reports and publications.
  • Comments to proofs, submission of changes to the publishing team and distribution of proofs.
  • Creates distribution sheets for circulation of proofs through all phases of the production cycle.
  • Validates all proofs for correct format to ensure compliance to standard specifications.
  • Proactively manages master schedule changes, which are shared with all internal and external business partners for planning and monitoring the progress of all current jobs.
  • Creates quantity and delivery instructions, invoice transmittals, and purchase order processing by following publishing process and procedures.
  • Solicits, compiles and analyzes information for client customer systems and all third party solicitors to determine quantity for printing shareholder reports and publications.
  • 3-5 years experience required.
