Onward Search needs a fully remote, temp-to-hire Catalog Designer to support our growing International Beauty and Skincare client. 

Start Date: September 6, 2023
Duration: 6 months - temp-to-hire
Location: Fully Remote, East Coast Timezone
Hourly Pay: $35hr. - $45/hr.

The Catalog Channel and its campaigns are central to our client's creative strategy. Therefore, the ideal Catalog Designer candidate must be comfortable creating and presenting new and trending design style ideas to help our client continue to reach new audiences and modern consumers.

Catalog Designer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Catalog Design and Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop + strong working knowledge of latest Adobe CC suite
• Proficient in cloud based file sharing servers like Egnyte as well as project management tools like Wrike
• Ability to concept and design creative beauty catalogue pieces that draw in new audience attention and yet maintain the clean aesthetic integrity of the existing brand 
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with various cross-functional stakeholders, and reliably meet deadlines
• Outstanding team player and positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, thrive working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and flexible
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Extensive background working in Beauty/Skincare with a portfolio in the Beauty/Skincare industry
• A connection to the Beauty/Skincare culture and a natural passion for keeping up with the latest market trends a plus
