Our client is looking for a Production Designer to join their Marketing Communications team onsite for 3 months!

You will report to the VP of Communications and be responsible for the following:

  • Partner with various departments (recruiters, schools, departments, etc...) to design or produce printed collateral, signage, banners, one-sheets, brochures, event collateral and more
  • Ensure all materials reflect a consistent look and feel; adhering to all established brand guidelines
  • Help execute visual identity of university by performing production/layout for advertising and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research; exploring other universities marketing materials and reporting findings to executive leadership

We are seeking Production Designers who meet the following requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience within production/design
  • Highly proficient within Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Previous experience delivering Design/Production work within strict brand guidelines
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with several departments who have varying initiatives/needs
  • Ability to work onsite, 40 hours/week
  • Ability to commit to at least 3 month booking

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
