Our client, a construction company, is looking for a Production Designer to join their marketing team!

You will report to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting in drafting, editing and preparing the final copy of business proposals and qualifications
  • Designing and laying out proposals, qualification packages, printed materials, etc.
  • Performing quality control over all your own production/design work
  • Concepting, creating and producing mailers, promotional literature and brochures; ensuring all designs meet the needs of marketing/business development
  • Creating pitch materials using boards, PowerPoint and leave behinds
  • Proofing and editing proposal write-ups for accuracy
  • Directing photo selection and and creation of project sheets, maintain associated photo files

We are seeking Production Designers who meet the following requirements:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience as a production designer
  • Previous experience in architecture, engineering, construction, commercial real estate/real estate development or similar (creating proposals/pitch decks)
  • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Reliability and Flexibility
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly communicate ideas/concepts with marketing and business development team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and work overtime as required by project deadlines
