Our client, a creative agency, is looking for a Production Designer to join their team onsite for a month-long contract!

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing file protocols for creative team and preparing final files based on supplied specifications for several types of printed or digital deliverables.
  • Managing, developing, and designing creative campaign extensions in various formats.
  • Retouching final images.
  • Packaging files and performing preflight checks for release to printers or media partners.
  • Working with project managers, art directors, designers and developers to complete project deliverables.
  • Following established naming architectures to ensure all documents are properly labeled.
  • Managing and maintain the creative archives to reference art for future projects.
  • QCing all work before it is submitted to clients.
  • Helping create mood boards, presentations and pitch decks as needed.
  • Project managing your own projects as needed.
  • Contacting clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • BA in graphic design or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of graphic design/production design experience.
  • Experience designing/producing digital content such as websites, social media, online advertising and email campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of printing processes, digital delivery specifications and competence with relevant and associated applications.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with close attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High organization skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  • Photography and video skills a plus.
