Boutique design firm is seeking a PRODUCTION MANAGER with 10+ yrs experience with print and some digital projects. This role has established vendor contacts, is open to working with the agency's preferred as well. Great with internal team in terms of assisting with moving the jobs through the shop to meet deadlines and oversee budgets along with the account team. Open to working directly with clients and skilled in Adobe CS enough to jump in and get files ready or make quick changes for the client if necessary. Great at keeping assets and server organized.


  • Traditional Production Manager skillset including managing budgets, timelines, overseeing files prior to release, press checks and overseeing fulfillment. Expert at reviewing color, final proofing, great relationships all over the basin with vendors for print, digital, OOH, etc.
  • Client-facing. Open to engaging client, requesting approvals, joining meetings, etc.
  • Team-building. Responsible for bringing in freelance talent when necessary, training, keeping morale up as needed.
  • Monitoring server/job folder system.
  • Sense of urgency and also the calming source of the office


  • 10+ yrs of experience as a Production Manager working on a small team
  • Print expert
  • Knowledge of digital uploads, social media specs, some motion/video
  • Advanced Adobe CS, particularly InDesign
  • Expert communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to work with several accounts simultaneously
  • Problem solver


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
