Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Production Assistant to join their team.


  • Support the work of managers, producers, and editors across News, Sports and Lifestyle content team who create hundreds of content stories every week.
  • Coordinate and manage complex team schedules.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and accuracy of calendars, archives, trackers and other processes.
  • Work with the team to ensure that all content projects are staffed, published and distributed accurately.
  • General research and administrative tasks, including setting up meetings and taking notes.
  • Pitch and help develop ideas for content stories.
  • Manage team assets.
  • Liaise with other departments.


  • Min 6 months experience working in a fast-paced, creative company.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Google docs and drive.
  • A self-motivated go-getter who thrives in a creative environment.
  • A team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic and continually changing environment.
  • Detail oriented and works effectively and efficiently without supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator.
  • Problem solver with and a solution-oriented mind-set.
  • Passion for social media, internet and pop culture, entertainment, social trends, politics, news and sports.
  • Experience in the entertainment or social media worlds HUGE plus.
