Program Manager

Onward Search is seeking a Program Manager for a large Financial client in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all PMO related activities in support of the team initiative
• Finalization of program scope, FTE plan, and timeline
• Mobilization for identifying and engaging key team members for success
• Support and development of the overall program approach in partnership with the project sponsors and other key project participants
• Overall Program Management of the program
• Manage, organize, and support process walk through, pain point validations, solution generations workshops
• Manage the issue/pain point log as well as finalization of logs and solutions for action
• Manage and finalize the financial and non-financial benefit realization expectations
• Create and include appropriate measurements/metrics for pre and post monitoring of effectiveness of execution.
• Drive the creation and finalization of implementation plan
• Create and Drive executive and project team communications plans
• Create and facilitate appropriate readouts and presentations to meet team and sponsor needs.

Must Have:

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills to quickly drive clarity and insure accountability
• Experience working at all organizational levels - individual contributors through senior level executives
• Strong skills in managing programs/projects with team members across diverse geographies and from multiple organization & functional areas
• 12+ years of Project management experience
• 5+ years of Program management experience
• LEAN projects experience (facilitation, project management, or process analysis)
• Bank Operations and Contact Center knowledge & experience

• Agile project management experience such as KANBAN or Scrum
