Our client, a premier technology company, is looking for an experienced Program Specialist for their Salt Lake City, UT office.


This position will assist in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of subsidy contract operations. This entails helping with end-to-end subsidy contract submission including tracking subsidy contracts, ensuring contracts are compliant with governing legal terms and accounting controls, loading subsidized deals into the Deals system, improving the subsidy contract workflow, and maintaining an accurate reporting system. Performs other operational duties as needed.


  • Review all subsidy contracts, making sure all details are accurate and reporting inconsistencies with legal terms
  • Capture all subsidy offers on all contracts into the finance workbook with 100% accuracy and update as needed
  • Store all contracts and financial approvals to shared-drive and corporate’s legal document storage system
  • Provide support to our internal partners in resolving any contract related issues
  • Track compliance and operational errors


  • 3-5 years general business experience (some contract administration experience is a PLUS)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting required
  • Excel skills (does not require vlookups or pivot tables but a solid grasp on general excel)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent analytical and organizational ability, Proficient in Microsoft
