Onward Search has an opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to work with one of our growing clients. You will drive client projects from concept to completion through your industry expertise and proven project coordination skills. You will be responsible for managing clients, team members, and coordinating specific interior architecture projects.


Skills:

  • Oversee development of the design to meet client specifications while proposing unique solutions and providing technical guidance.
  • Create and propose budget and time estimations.
  • Act as an intermediary between the clients, project team, industry officials, contractors, and vendors.
  • Guide full documentation coordination for structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultants.
  • Provide the full scope of reporting and documentation to keep clients informed of project status.

Requirements:

  • A solid foundational knowledge of the craft demonstrated by a BA or MA degree in Architecture.
  • 7+ years of project management experience in an architectural practice.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures.
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office.
  • Licensed, registered or pursuing licensure in architect.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.
