Our client, a top fashion retailer located in Redondo Beach is looking to hire a temp to possible permanent Project Coordinator for their multimedia department. This person needs to have experience working in a video/commercial department at an advertising agency or post production house.

Responsibilities, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Keep track of requests and assignments (in our internal Project Management System)
  • Coordinate with freelancers and payroll; Handle invoices
  • Give tours to new freelancers and deal with key fob issues with security/ parking
  • Understand the basics of video production and post production
  • Help maintain a running database of music licenses and dates
  • Fill out expense reports
  • Fill out Spot Sheets for commercials
  • Manage and Uploading of WIPs renders to VP Creative and other artists through Vimeo and internal FTP site
  • Interact with Managers and artists throughout the day
  • Super Organized/ Self starter
  • Good People Skills/ Strong interpersonal Communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Google Docs
  • Macintosh Computer Skills
  • Work Overtime as needed
  • Be able to work under a Non Disclosure Agreement
