Onward Search is on the hunt for a project coordinator to join our Ad Agency client focused in the social media space. This is a full-time role that can start as a direct hire position or temp-to-hire.

You'll report to the Account Director and be responsible for supporting the Account group and serve as the administrative back-bone of the team.

You will handle scheduling, project oversight, and various other tasks to help keep projects moving.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Maintain Executive Staff members calendars, as well as the master calendar for the pod
  • Schedule appointments for clients/business clientele with proactive and professional communication skills
  • Research and book travel
  • Responsible for maintaining administrative oversight of project flow for pod, proactively ensuring that all projects are completed on time
  • Assist in researching and defining executional strategies for existing and prospective clients
  • Maintain and ensure that all pod activities are accurately reflected in Mavenlink
  • Generate great cross-functional relationships internally and externally for efficient and effective interdepartmental flow
  • Assist in development of an ongoing client communication strategy and publishing calendar/timeline based on you identifying marketing objectives
  • Maintain a clear understanding of all client brand guidelines (legal, privacy, content, etc.) and ensure that all guidelines are adhered to
  • Proactively assist in the business development process by researching potential clients, conducting initial outreach, and setting up introductory calls/meetings

We are seeking Project Coordinators who meet the following requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year work experience - intern and/ or relevant agency experience
  • Must be a natural problem-solver and be tenancious
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to anticipate needs.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
  • Must be passionate about the film/ entertainment industry.
  • Previous entertainment experience is a plus.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
