Our client, a major social media brand, is looking to bring in a Project Coordinator on a contract basis! The person in this position will perform a combination of responsibilities: Part project management, part data-driven. The ideal candidate will have the focus and detail-oriented mindset to lead execute data-centric projects, with the managerial know-how to facilitate many moving pieces between teams. This person will have a passion for data entry and analysis, an organization that sets them apart from the rest.

 

Skills:

  • Work closely with the ROAR Operations Team to help streamline the brand’s review processes.
  • Collect, cleanup, and maintain large datasets to help develop monthly and quarterly research operations reports.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high-level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally.
  • Stay highly organized, prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently.
  • Stay diligent and motivated to maintain close communication with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the research operations team.
  • Continually work with the team to develop and improve processes.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Coordinator, Specialist, and/or Data Analyst
  • Experience working on projects from inception through completion
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Flexible, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Interest in contributing to the brand mission and goals
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
