Onward Search's client, a Healthcare / Pharma agency has an immediate need for a Freelance Integrated Project Coordinator. This will be an onsite freelance position planned to be ongoing definitely through the end of the year.

You will work on a variety of print and digital (website, banners emails, social, etc.) projects You will be responsible for timelines budgets, etc. This is not a traffic role. You must have project coordination/management experience to be considered for this role. Pharma experience requested, so there is an understanding of working within a regulated market.

Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of Advertising Agency experience.
  • Must have Pharma experience.
  • The ideal candidate has experience with ProofHQ (highly preferred)
  • Robust experience handling Timeline, budgets, etc
  • Confident in cross-team communications
  • Open to be client facing
  • Regulatory understanding
