Onward Search is looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator to work with one of our clients in the travel/hospitality industry located in Miami, FL! This person will have the opportunity to work with a culture driven first team for contract to hire.
In this role, you will be part of a large in house creative team that develops digital and traditional advertising while assisting with every day tasks that ensure creative operations are running smoothly.
Assign and coordinate creative needs related to go-to-market (presentation/wall elements, etc.)
Schedule team new hire onboarding and related needs; establish Marketing-wide “new hire kit” with checklists and best practices to guide all hiring supervisors and ensure proper welcome process for all hires
Gather information, assign, and coordinate occasional out of scope requests
Maintain calendar and coordinate team building initiatives, team member training opportunities, creative awards season, etc
Create presentations for management as needed
Administrator of our project management tool
2+ years marketing and/or creative agency experience
Experience creating and managing timelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Must possess excellent communication skills
Understanding of creative and marketing deliverables a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
