Our client, a software company is looking for a Project Coordinator/Asset Manager to join their team for a long-term, 6+ month contract position, onsite in Newark, CA.

You’ll work as part of the packaging design operations team and be responsible for image asset review, uploading and tagging assets, coordinating Bill of Materials (BOM) including part numbers, creation, releases, change orders and end-to-end process.

You will work closely with creative and localization teams.

We are seeking Project Coordinator/Asset Managers who meet the following requirements:

  • 2+ Years professional work experience
  • Understanding of BOM structures
  • Understanding of retail packaging development
  • Understanding of graphics development processes
  • Previous experience in retail consumer electronics industry is a plus
  • The candidate must be fluent in English, verbally and writing skills

This position will require close interaction with design and localization teams, Business Group project management, Regional Marketing teams and Manufacturing. It also requires strong interpersonal communication, flexibility, multi tasking and the candidate must be a team player.
