Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Project Manager to join their team. You will be working with the Brand team and cross-functional partners, along with external brands, agencies, and production vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee two separate teams within the brand team: Seasonal marketing programs driving advertiser spend AND custom strategy workshops for advertising partners
  • Recommend and brief creative vendors, manage contracts, and run point on logistics
  • Create FAQ docs for post-sale campaign production of seasonal programs
  • Manage production budgets, ensuring ROI margins
  • Track team success metrics, including revenue impact and pitch conversion
  • Own and manage timelines and workflows among stakeholders, including Design, Product, Sales, Events, and Creative Strategy
  • Manage scheduling of clients, panelists, speakers, group leads, and content contributors for events
  • Support mass communications to effectively merchandise offerings via email, Bulletins, Slack channels, and presentations
  • Oversee the development of sizzle reels
  • Identify and execute creative, innovative ways to present consumer research (e.g. Produce consumer interview reels)

Must Haves:

  • 4-7 years in project management, strategy or creative experience, preferably at a tech company
  • Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal
  • Cross functional production experience across a variety of mediums
  • Experience working with various sizes of budgets
  • Experience in business affairs, vendor negotiation, and legal clearances
  • Experience across all stages of production including post
  • Experience managing a pipeline and heavy workload
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in potentially stressful situations
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Excellent communication skills in client management, and a strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project
