Onward Select is seeking a Project Manager (Email Marketing) to help our client manage the build-out of global email and lifecycle communication & strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project management of new complex email campaigns
  • Define clear technical requirements for flawless implementation that enables iterative growth fo CRM and digital communication programs
  • Supports Senior Program Manager in delivering lifecycle, transactional, and promotional emails to support key cross-sell and product launch initiatives
  • Manage the development and execution of high-impact email campaigns that inspire consumers and drive conversion and customer engagement
  • Personalize the email journey to drive a 1:1 customer experience that is relevant to the customer
  • Work with Dev team to effectively communicate project requirements and manage timelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience in email marketing & CRM in the ecommerce space
  • 2-3 years’ experience managing email campaigns on Braze and/or Segment, or similar platform
  • CDP experience highly preferred, must have experience working in Audience Builder or Salesforce Data Extensions
  • Experience with Liquid, Handlebars, AMPscript, or similar
  • Proficient in JIRA and SCRUM framework
  • Must have experience working with audience segmentation and triggered workflows
  • Experience developing HTML using templates
  • Prior experience building emails for a large subscription business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
  • Experience using BI dashboards like Tableau or PowerBI
