Our busy design studio client is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER FOR CREATIVE OPERATIONS who can come in and immediately get things going. You will work directly with the managing director overseeing multiple projects with a large staff. This role will be executing vital projects while also solving problems, working with internal team leaders as well as hands on staff to get projects out the door on time, on budget and 100% perfect.

Solid Project Manager skills with experience in marketing operations, familiarity with media technology, MS Project fluency is mandatory. Work in extreme intense situations, very passionate about PM, deadlines, milestones, Type A personalities, organized, detailed, multi-task.

  • 5-7 years of experience PM'ing for print and digital projects
  • Marketing operations experience needed
  • Up-to-date on all media technology and creative software
  • MUST know MS Project
  • Able to work with multiple personalities
  • Extremely organized and buttoned up
  • Excellent communication skills
