Our client, a creative agency in Miracle Mile, is seeking a mid-sr level Project Manager for a freelance assignment. You will be the primary client-facing contact managing a large project involving 50 YouTube Creators doing projects for social impact along with the following. 


  • Being the primary client-facing contact managing a large project involving 50 YouTube Creators doing projects for social impact.
  • Running point on the global master tracker in Google Sheet managing all deliverables and making adjustments as needed from client and creators.
  • Working with project managers/brand ambassadors who are leading the Creators relationship ensuring all information needed is getting translated back to the client.


  • 4-8 years experience with strong agency side experience having managed varying clients.
  • Experience working with Google sheet or Excel on complex data entry of varying schedules, deliverables, etc.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to pivot quickly upon client's request for changes.
  • Experience with Agile or SCRUM methodologies preferred.
