Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire Project Manager who has experience working on new business and pitch decks. 

You will be joining the Project Management team to lead their sales enablement function.

As a Project Manager you’ll: 

• Handle RFP and audit processes to support sales initiatives.
• Identify team members to assist in the development of response and pitch presentations.  
• Assist team members with internal and external scheduling.
• Assist with client strategy requests and revise RFP materials.
• Identify, recommend, and manage tools and platforms to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 

Skills & Experience Needed:  

• 3+ years of experience in RFP management and enablement in an agency setting.  
• Strong understanding of RFP process in an agency setting.
• Understand project management processes and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills.
• Great organizational skills and attention to details.
