Onward Search is looking for a Project Manager to join our agency client, for a contract-to-hire opportunity that starts in two weeks. This is a client-facing position. This is an opportunity to join a growing team, and a well-known, award-winning agency. You will get to work on multiple projects for major brands.

Skills:

  • Scheduling, scoping, resource management and risk mitigation.
  • Delivering effective campaigns that meet strategic objectives.
  • Facilitating projects with your client counterparts and developing documents such as SOWs, schedules, assignment briefs, and risk assessments.
  • Forecasting, promoting great margins and developing & implementing operational processes.
  • Supporting large initiatives and also leading smaller projects independently.
  • Running reports for client budgets, time tracking, and expenses, to track and review the successful completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Project Management, Marketing or related experience.
  • Agency experience is mandatory.
  • Experience with Project Management tools (Mavenlink preferred).
  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, Basecamp, Harvest, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
  • Health and Science industry experience is a plus.
