The Media Community Development team contributes directly to our mission by connecting content creators with their audiences, helping them meet their objectives through solutions like Pages, Videos, Live and Ad Breaks. We succeed when we help our partners grow their content business. The Scaled Partnerships Team is searching for an experienced and entrepreneurial Project Manager to work with internal stakeholders and our outsourcing vendors to build and drive our training program for agents and trainers and to help us scale our team. This individual will be responsible for working with a cross-functional team including marketing, product, and operations to operationalize the internal training to support scaling video products with creators and other partner segments.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement an operational process and work flow to support a global train-the-trainer program in partnership with Product, Operations and Program Teams.

  • Manage Training of Trainers, Partner Management Reps and maintain content
  • Partner with internal teams including Product and Partner Marketing and Content strategy teams to ensure global feedback is reflected on new training materials and training topics
  • Develop a curriculum strategy in conjunction with internal teams and measure quality
  • Translate stakeholder needs and requests for training into an actionable train the trainer plan that is prioritized according to business needs
  • Review the training needs and outcomes basis
  • Products, programs or by agents and regions and plan interventions, content, and feedback with the goal of maintaining quality.
  • Build and maintain a global training hub portal for reps.

Skills:

  • Experience in the Quality, Learning and Development field or Training in outsourced operations.
  • Ability to coordinate within the organization with different stakeholders.
  • Experience with implementing global operations processes.
  • Communications experience.
  • Problem-solving experience.
  • Consulting and relationship management experience.
  • Experience in developing and producing curriculum strategy.
  • Ownership and result oriented.
  • A sense of humor and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management or project management.
