Our client, is an award-winning marketing & design agency, is seeking a Project Manager who lives to do everything faster and better.

You’ll oversee the development of ePubs (PDFs like eBooks, White Papers and Industry Reports), digital advertising (standard display campaigns and social campaigns for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn), integrated campaigns, event experiences, and more. You’ll need to improvise and problem solve your way through many projects, but your super power will be your ability to manage high volume digital asset production, and improve the systems involved with that process.

As part of a growing team, you will be working with a Senior Account Manager and half a dozen designers. This is a critical role for the agency, and it is best served by someone aiming to become a project management super star, not a tourist on route to a job as an Account Manager. B2B/tech is side of business they're working on. This person will be managing ebooks, social campaigns, etc. on client side or agency side managing B2B.


  • 3 years working in an advertising or design agency account department, or similar client-side position
  • Design shop experience – huge bonus!!
  • Knowledge of creative and production processes
  • Pathological attention to detail and natural inclination to proof everything, all the time
  • Dynamic project management skills and proven success in managing and coordinating multiple projects, diverse personalities, and tight deadlines


  • Knowledge of Mac OS, MS Office, and Google Suite
  • Experience with our preferred Project Management system (Basecamp)
