Project Manager

Onward Search is seeking an experience Project Management professional experienced in leading an agile team. The ideal candidate is tech savvy and able to lead project management activities for end-to-end delivery in close collaboration with the product and tech teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and track the progress of the product portfolio against key objectives and results
• Manage critical product launches from inception to delivery and support post launch
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to set up tests, establish a solid understanding of the vision, expected business benefits of a program to deliver customer delight.
• Ensure measurable milestones, metrics and KPIs are defined, tracked and aligned to company goals and objective
• Effectively identify, and manage and communicate with stakeholders across the organization
• Assess existing Agile and PMO processes, structures and work continuously to improve them

You have:

• Project management experience in world-class environments
• Marketing tech or digital marketing experience is a big plus
• Experience working with Agile teams, managing sprints and backlogs
• Experience in writing technical product requirements
• Strong communication skills
• A/B testing experience, fueled by data & insights in everything that you do
• Fluency in English with ability to write essential email content and sanity check content proposals
