Our client, a leading digital agency in the healthcare space, is looking to add three Project Managers to their team. The agency is completely remote. This is a permanent position looking to start right away.

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare estimates and detailed assumptions based on the project brief.
  • Effectively communicate issues, resolves issues, flag risks, and manage internal expectations.
  • Collaborate with the internal team, offsite team, and third-party vendors who are helping with the project.
  • Possibly serve as the point of contact for Client IT requirements, documentation, etc.
  • Able to explain and break down technical concepts that non-technical people can follow.
  • Ensure accounts/projects run smoothly day to day while keeping the supervisor informed.
  • lead weekly burn report meetings with account and finance. Responsible for reviewing hours on projects for accuracy.
  • Identify problems/issues with production and account immediately upon discovery to manage timing and expectations.
  • Develop timelines, estimates, discovery, and assumptions documentation and vet through the department leads and team with support from a supervisor.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure appropriate team members are included and next steps are clearly identified.

About you:

  • College degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or advertising.
  • Experience with responsive website design, Veeva, emails, and banners.
  • 1-2 years of digital agency experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrates great problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to set priorities while juggling multiple projects.
