We are working with an international organziation to help them find their next Public Relations Assistant.  This role is open due to an internal promotion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with PR Coordinator and PR Director to generate and disburse Public Relations intiatives
  • Secure approvals for media engagement
  • Track and monitor media engagements
  • Create and edit presentations in PowerPoint
  • Produce reports in Excel
  • Support the PR team including filing invoices, filing documents, scheduling meetings  

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of PR experience, ideally from a PR agency Ability to take initiative, be proactive, anticipates needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills  

This is an entry level opportunity in Public Relations.  You will be exposed to PR and may have the opportunity to take on more PR related duties in time.
