Our client is looking to add a PR Specialist to their growing team!

Here are the Basics:

  • 3 years of PR experience
  • Experience within a law firm would be home run, but otherwise experience in a PR agency or another professional services company


Public Relations Specialist

The Senior Public Relations (PR) Specialist will support the firm’s PR program, providing substantive and administrative support. This role reports to the Director of PR.



Work with the external agency on daily content development (potential topics, outlets, etc.)

Work closely with the PR Manager to review, evaluate, and vet media opportunities, including conflicts.

Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions with attorneys and marketing and business development colleagues for story development.



Bachelor’s degree required.

3-5 years related work experience in communications, preferably in a law firm, professional services environment, or agency.

Experience with and understanding of PR concepts and practices.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Cision a plus.

Ability to quickly get up to speed and master new applications and software is critical.
