Onward Search has an exciting opportunity for a Publications Coordinator with a leading employer benefits company!

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Functioning as a purchase agent contact for materials printed outside of the company
  • Soliciting quotes for budgetary needs and for future printed materials, approving and coding invoices for print items for external print vendors
  • Managing materials stored at an offsite fulfillment house
  • Managing and printing Evidence of Coverage brochures, reviewing quotes invoices for payment, compiling materials going to print, and suggesting cost saving ideas for printed materials
  • Managing and filling orders for all enrollee materials at an offsite fulfillment house
  • Reviewing inventory and notifying owners to restock or dump items
  • Managing the purchase of large electronic media duplication service requests

You must have 3+ years of professional experience with some print purchasing experience.

This is a long term contract role located in Cerritos that is expected to kick off in mid-June!

  • MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
  • InDesign proficiency is a plus!
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have strong analytical, organizational/time management and project management skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Must be detail oriented, flexible and creative
  • Must have ability to communicate clear instructions and performance expectations to vendors


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
