A Fortune 500 organization is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary) to work at their processing facility in Holland, MI. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
• HR experience and recruiting experience required
• Two or more years of Human Resources experience preferred
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English and Spanish

Job Overview:
A successful candidate in this role is a fast learner, to implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for current and future openings. This person will assist in the entire recruiting process including identifying candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating offers and background check process, and assisting with onboarding.
This also includes the following: data entry and management of all related items to Kronos and Workday and/or all other office duties as assigned.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Identify candidates using various methods such as reviewing job postings, attending job fairs, posting flyers in the local community, etc.
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Coordinate offers and assist candidates with employment screening process
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Kronos. Ability to learn new computer applications
• Experience in Workday a plus
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English and Spanish
• Good written and verbal communication skills are needed
• HR experience and recruiting experience required
• Must be able to multitask, evaluate options and make good decisions
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent time-management skills
• Requires organizational and research skills
• Must have valid driver’s license as local travel could be required
• Must be able to understand and follow directions
• Must be able to demonstrate good attendance
• Perform any other duty as required by supervisor
