  • Organize and facilitate all ART level planning events as outlined in the Scaled Agile Framework
  • Proactively manage and escalate risks, issues, impediments and dependencies
  • Resolve complex non-technology related issues impacting multiple teams within the ART, escalating to management and managing the resolution
  • Implement ART level metrics
  • Report ART level progress, status & metrics to required stakeholders
  • Maintain the appropriate vehicles for open communication between scrum teams (e.g. tracker boards)
  • Facilitate the identification of ART level issues & risks through ART Inspect & Adapts and Scrum of Scrums
  • Ensuring agile delivery teams within the ART comply with governance and risk management processes
  • Ensuring agile delivery teams follow the cadence for the ART


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master orchestrating work across a multi team environment, or Release Train Engineer
  • Minimum 7 years of software development and/or project management and/or business (system) analysis or other relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of working on medium complexity initiatives

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Banking or financial industry experience preferred
  • 2+ years proficiency with Jira or other Agile Management tools
  • Experienced in Agile environment using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, XP, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies
  • Experience leading distributed/virtual teams
  • Knowledge for various agile frameworks and implementation of Agile methodologies to multiple teams in large-scale enterprise change projects & programs
  • Growth mindset, learning mindset, strategic thinking
  • Strong communication, organizational change management and facilitation skills
  • Experience with modern software engineering techniques such as Continuous integration, build, deliver, test-driven development and other automated acceptance testing techniques
  • Highly collaborative, solid interpersonal skills and able to work with diverse personality types
  • Motivate and enable the Agile teams to be self-organized
