UX Content Designer (German)

Onward Search needs a UX Content Designer for a Fortune 500 global e-commerce client with millions of customers.  With the end goal of delivering innovative digital products for their customers, my client’s company culture is based on accountability, work/life balance, open collaboration/knowledge sharing, mentoring/coaching –- and of course having fun along the way, celebrating successes, big and small!

As a UX Content Designer you’ll: 

• Be fluent in both German and English (write/speak)
• Work remotely out of any East Coast state to collaborate closely with teams based in US and Berlin (product development, content and design teams) to ship customer-facing digital products for millions of users
• Responsive web and native mobile app
• Create content e-commerce and transactional experiences
• Use your solid understanding of human-centered design (HCD) and rapid ideation processes (e.g., Agile, Lean UX) 

Skills & Experience Needed:  

• 4-6 years of professional writing experience
• 2-3 years of industry experience in a content designer, content strategist or UX Writer role
• E-Commerce is nice to have
• Portfolio in case study format
• Engage effectively with people across the organization, partnering with a diverse set of stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of content design best practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; Attention to details, Proactive problem solver
