Associate Creative Director (Art)

Our independent social media agency client is looking for a REMOTE, Associate Creative Director to lead a team of creatives doing best-in-class social-led creative. The ACD will work closely with the Creative Director and agency leadership to lead creative for clients, help with new business, and manage a team of eager creatives. 

The ideal candidates will have a passion for the digital and social media space, as well as redefining the model for editorialized social content created by brands.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing static and video content creation and ideation for multiple social channels including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Working with the internal creative team to oversee static and video content
• Conceptualizing on larger, campaign-level ideas and content
• Watching films and series and pitching digital editorial content

Requirements:

• 7+ Years of relevant experience
• Agency experience working on large brands and experience as the creative lead on entertainment-based clients
• Strong content design skills including static, print, and video content
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency with After Effects and Premiere is a major plus
• Strong knowledge of emerging social platforms
• Knowledge of the full creative process including video content creation
• Ability to oversee work from idea to execution and distribution
