Our client is looking for a perm remote Community Management Lead. Sports lover is a big plus and someone who wants to utilize creative, marketing, social to grow an engaged community. We are looking for candidates that possess the following skills along with competencies and previous experience. 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Develop and manage the implementation of community moderation policies and support tools

  • Ensure the community is growing with highly engaged and diverse fans across our platform by partnering and coordinating with live ops for in-app fan communication

  • Cultivate and expand new relationships with key influencers within the community through design and execution of recognition and reward programs

  • 4+ years of experience in Community Management, Marketing, Community Growth, Advertising, or relevant field

  • designing and executing community outreach and growth initiatives that engage, excite, and attract the most invested customers across multiple platforms.

  • Knowledge of resources for managing social channels

  • Prior knowledge of designing social networks methods and tactics

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to create high-quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
