Our client has an opportunity for an Events Program Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will play a critical role in the project management, planning and execution aspects of each tradeshow. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a self-starter and will have a strong events background to drive planning and execution for large scale corporate event and tradeshow strategy for the client.


  • Lead end-to-end management for tradeshows including logistics, travel, coordinating with agencies, budget management working with cross functional partners, postmortems, etc.
  • Build project planning and management processes to be utilized across the org for all items related to tradeshows and events, responsible for keeping team on track and proactively flagging issues/challenges
  • Design and execute the workstream framework for tradeshows and events, creating one cohesive experience from event to event
  • Collaborate with the senior marketing manager to work with cross functional partners to ensure the execution of tradeshows and events are aligned to the goals set forth by the business
  • Operate data-first by continuously tracking, analyzing, reporting, and optimizing all growth efforts across all channels


  • 4+ years in marketing role at retail/e-commerce/CPG company
  • Experience in large-scale corporate event management/tradeshows
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
  • A history of successfully working with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Experience in developing strategic briefs for creative partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, people-oriented attitude
  • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment
  • Passion for innovation, ever-changing digital landscape and life-long learning
  • Position will require travel
