Our client, a pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a Manager, Consumer Marketing to join their team for a contract role. Were looking for candidates with the following skillset and experience to fill the role.
Manager, Consumer Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of annual brand planning, including business objectives, strategies, and translation of strategies to marketing programs and campaigns.
- Develop briefing materials that identify strategic objectives and KPIs and articulate desired outcomes
- Assist in the creation of BOTOX Cosmetic marketing programs and collaborate with cross-functional team members to optimize the programs’ message and ensure consistency and flawless execution across all relevant channels (includes, but not limited to TV, digital, social, print, influencer, partnerships and earned media)
- Assess creative performance and make data-driven recommendations for content pillars
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Compliance counterparts to ensure all creatives meet requirements
- Manage external partners, including creative agency, media agency and ,web development team to ensure partners have clear direction to execute timely and within budget
- Partner with the social media team to develop strategies and content for the social media channels; proactively recommend strategies to improve/refine campaigns to achieve broader consumer consideration and drive conversion
- Collaborate with performance marketing team members and channel partners (Google + Mega) to optimize each program messaging to drive cohesion across all brand touchpoints
- Budget Management
Manager, Consumer Marketing Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required, MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred
- 3-7 years of consumer marketing/brand management experience executing 360-degree brand campaigns
- Preferred experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or CPG marketing
- Agency Management experience preferred
