Our client, a financial technology company, is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join their team in for a part-time, remote contract role, 


Marketing Campaign Specialist Responsibilities:

  •  Review all available and propose new content including whitepapers, reports, blog posts, infographics etc. to plan content that will be featured as CTAs in nurture streams.
  • Research and understand key market segments and messages that will be driving nurture streams.
  • Write all email copy including subject lines, descriptions, body text, and CTAs in nurture plan.
  • Set up all segments and canvases including decision points in Eloqua; responsible for all technical aspects of setting programs in Eloqua.
  • Make recommendations on when hand raiser is ready for Sales engagement through various strategies, such as lead scoring models.
  • Work across Health Marketing Team and cross-functional Global Marketing Teams to infuse best practices and feedback into overall strategy.
  • Document ongoing maintenance and break/fix for program to be shared with team in contract off-boarding timeframe.


Marketing Campaign Specialist Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of professional marketing automation and/or campaign experience preferably with a software company or institution with a global presence.
  • Experience consulting or leading cross-functional projects to completion in a global enterprise environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: great communicator with the ability to influence centralized and decentralized teams and build consensus and understanding with business-facing teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing practices, tactics and tools specifically in campaign management and email nurture strategies
  • Prior experience with Eloqua highly preferred.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Lightning required.
  • Excellent operational skills with financial/business acumen and strategic mindset.
