Onward Imagine needs a Marketing Coordinator for our client a recruitment marketing organization!
You’ll join the marketingteam to assist with the day to day management of advertising campaigns for our clients as well as extract and prepare data from these campaigns for analysis. This is an entry level marketing position where you will gain exposure to key concepts and principles to create successful marketing campaigns.
This is a 3 month opportunity working approximately 20 hours weekly/4 hours daily ideally aligning with EAST COAST HOURS. The role could extend beyond this time.

As a Marketing Coordinatoryou’ll:
Extract data from marketing platforms, such as our client's analytics, Indeed or Facebook
Prepare data for internal teams to analyze
Monitor and report on pacing for key accounts
Post job advertisements based on client’s requirements
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs
Skills & Experience needed:
Academic or professional experience using data, analytics, and research to solve problems.
Moderate proficiency with Excel.
Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
Tech savvy problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in a dynamic digital environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and acute attention to detail.
Strong organizational/time management skills, and ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Mathematically and technically inclined.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
