Sr. Producer - Game Studio

Onward Play needs a full-time, direct hire Sr. Producer for a quickly growing Game Studio Client.  

You’ll join the Production team to lead cross-discipline teams and act as the central point of contact between studio leadership, the project team, and all stakeholders. .

As a Sr. Producer you’ll: 

• Provide clear project vision, goals, and objectives to project team and stakeholders
• Drive planning, prioritization, and scheduling of tasks related to the development of software projects, from concept to release and live operations
• Identify critical path risks issues and develop and implement mitigation plans as necessary. Drive risk action plan results
• Work with the project team and QA to manage bug assignments, priority-setting, and progress toward resolution.
• Complete project retrospectives/postmortems
• Collaborates with studio to align strategic goals and tactical measures
• Effective contributions to department process and best practices
• Ran daily scrums, created and maintained a variety of Favro boards per
  sprint   discipline,  and   conducted   bi-weekly   sprint   review   and   sprint
  retrospectives.
• Managed several outsourcer companies for asset creation and worked with
  internal stakeholders on the feedback and approval pipeline processes.
• Coordinated with QA, Marketing, and other stakeholder departments (both
  internal and external) on a regular basis and would assist as needed with
  their deliverable requirements

Skills & Experience Needed:  

• Strong Experience with production management software JIRA, Trello, Farvo, Clickup, TFS or Confluence including generating reports and charts.
• Motivated by careful, objective, & detail-oriented work
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Professional Experience with Unreal Engine
• Strong interest in the industry and a desire to create high-quality interactive experiences with an eye towards successful product launch
• Previous video game development experience, including shipping at least 2-3 titles

Pay: $110,000 - $150,000 yearly
