Epic PB Analyst

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the specific technology and architecture necessary to deliver business solutions for Epic Specialty applications. You will be working collaboratively with business representatives and other IT resources in order to complete various business requests. You will also be responsible for supporting the applications to solve critical production problems quickly. You will need to be organized, flexible and creative as well as patient. This is a very fast paced, challenging implementation. This is not maintenance build or a yet stable implementation.Your overall responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Knowledge of access workflows
· Strong understanding of access applications and the healthcare IT industry
· Analytical problem resolution and interpersonal skills
· Eagerness and ability to work as an individual contributor in a team environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to be available for work during normal business hours
· Previous Epic employee given preference
· Flexibility to work with an ever-changing build as this is new development for Epic. There is not any galaxy documentation.Required Qualifications :
5+ years relevant, Epic Analyst Experience.
· Experience configuring. designing, and supporting
· Experience or understanding of infusion services
· EMR/EHR systems
· Previous go live experience
· Epic Cadence/ Prelude/Referrals certifications plus prior Epic application experience required.Preferred Qualifications:
Decision Tree experience
Ambulatory build experience/certificationEducation :
BA/BS in healthcare or IT related field
