Our client, a tv network, is looking for a Technical Lead/Manager - Content Management System to join the team.

This role will report into the Director of Content Management Systems (CMS).


  • Leading a team of developers using React, Drupal, GraphQL, and AWS Lambda
  • Work with a team to design and implement CMS solutions
  • Support processes across several product teams
  • Manage and grow the technology team members
  • Proactive in identifying and clearing roadblocks for the team
  • Mentors groups of peers within the context of larger projects
  • Strong communicator with an eye towards system maturity and engineering success
  • Consistently able to reduce the complexity of projects, services, and processes to get more done with less work
  • Able to see patterns and areas of improvements the allows the individual to deliver faster and at the same time be happier
  • Embrace a highly collaborative team that rewards quality code and effective communication
  • Stay current with the latest development best practices
  • Lead design and code reviews


  • 3+ years full stack experience with JavaScript, node.js, React, LAMP stack, Drupal 8/9, Database management (MySQL/Postgres/Mongo)
  • Possess expert knowledge in Performance, Scalability, Security, Enterprise System Architecture, and Engineering best practices.
  • Solid understanding of Restful API web services, XML, JSON, YAML
  • Expert in software engineering best practices
  • Experience with agile software development practice, scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.
  • Solid understanding of data models and data access architecture and optimization
  • Experience with deployment and management using Kubernetes and Docker
  • Embrace a highly collaborative team that rewards quality code and effective communication
  • The candidate should be able to optimize
  • Proactive in identifying and clearing roadblocks for the team


  • Experience working on Content management Systems, headless CMS and React library
  • Experience building asynchronous single page web applications using React
