Data Analyst

Onward Search's fintech client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team and support their efforts to elevate their Employee Experience. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Elevate the Employee Experience within the Enterprise System & Tech Ops (ESTO) by devising innovative metrics, crafting self-service tools, and conducting in-depth analyses to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with the ESTO data lead to construct a comprehensive and forward-looking analytics roadmap that harmonizes the immediate and long-term objectives of the organization.
• Proactively pinpoint areas ripe for improvement, conducting thorough examinations and streamlining processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead the vision, creation, and widespread adoption of self-service analytics capabilities, scaling these capabilities for maximum impact.
• Possess a deep understanding of available data resources, adeptly choosing when, how, and which resources to utilize for each project.
• Demonstrate the ability to dissect complex business challenges into manageable components and recommend practical, results-driven solutions.
• Continuously monitor critical performance metrics, leveraging data to uncover actionable opportunities for efficiency gains and informed decision-making to drive performance enhancements.
• Develop and maintain analytical technologies that furnish our team with timely, flexible, and structured data access.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and data modeling; familiarity with Python is a valuable asset.
• Competence in at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey information effectively to senior leadership.
• Highly collaborative, with the capability to efficiently gather input from various cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking abilities, enabling the formulation of appropriate analytical solutions and their successful execution to meet business requirements.
